Remember, remember the month of November
The month of November was a huge emotional roller coaster for me. I had some fun assignments and produced some good stuff for work and I celebrated my Grammy and namesake's 95th birthday. However, I also lost my Grammy during the month of November and had to come to terms with losing one of the most important people in my life. Luckily, I have good friends near and far who helped me get through it and I even spent another Thanksgiving with one of my best friends and her family right before I headed up for the memorial service. While I was in Maryland, I got to spend a lot of time with my family who I don't see very often and it gave me a chance to really bond more with all of them. From the chalk festival to vertical art to dance and medieval fairs, my assignments gave me a lot of creative leeway and that helped me feel good about the work I turned in to the paper.
